Achieve Wellbeing with No Shane No Gain Health & Fitness Training:
I base my training philosophy on the idea that wellbeing is a foundation for lifelong success. Exercise and diet are critical to wellbeing and that starts with taking care of the total you – body, mind and lifestyle.
No Shane No Gain training philosophy helps you:
* Improve muscle balance and control
* Increase flexibility
* Enhance Posture
* Increase neuromuscular efficiency
* Stabilize your core
* Improve Balance
* Improve cardio-respiratory function
No Shane No Gain exercise guidelines:
* While you should exercise daily, you often don’t have the time. Try to exercise at least 3-5 times per week.
* Alternate cardio and weight training each time you exercise.
* 5-10 minute walk and stretch before and after any exercise.
* Exercise for 30-90 minutes each session. But stay safely within your limits and gradually work yourself up to 90 minutes.
* Figure out what level of cardiovascular exercise is safe for you. A safe level of breathing and sweating during cardiovascular sessions is the goal. But, it all depends your personal health.
* Always cool down after exercise and stretch with a 5-10 minute walk.
* After eating, wait at least 1 hour before exercising.
